A

-Top-down approach did not supported interaction between teams - Fixed teams
-Reliance on traditions - It worked long time in this way - reliance on traditions
-People were not able to communicate with each other - huge teams
-Competitive environment - all the team managers had its own goals
-Increasingly technical environment.
-New technologies were developed which required more interaction between teams - not possible in the top-down approach
