Fair discrimination
Discrimination is allowed if it’s fair
Example
Affirmative action is fair because it makes way to make up for the inequalities of the part apartheid regime where jobs were kept for some race only
BEE
Black economic empowerment is fair as majority of people were not allowed to own companies
Unfair discrimination
Goes against our constitution
All people are equal and must be treated equally
Example of unfair discrimination
Xenophobia and stigma/racism
Disability discrimination
When you are treated badly because of your disability
Gender discrimination
To treat people unfair and differently because they are make or female
Racial discrimination
Based on a person’s race where one race believes it is better than the other race
Religious discrimination
Based on a person’s religion and religious beliefs
Sexual orientation discrimination
Prejudice against people who have same sex relationships
Stigmatism
Harmful attitudes and abuse towards others based on misinformation and ignorance marking people in a negative way
Workplace discrimination
Discrimination in hiring, promotion and work assignment, compensation and harassment
Bias
Influence in an unfair way to have a prefencr for or to favor a group of people or an idea, not based on fact or fairness to show favoritism
How to be a leader
Stand up for what’s right and not corruption and bribery
Stand for morality and report crime
Stand up for your community by getting to know your neighbors
Stand up for free speech by also listening to the other side
Stnsd up for you future by respecting the environment and standing up for education by going to school

16 days of activitism against women and child abuse
Aim to challenge south Africans to declare an end to violence against children and women for 16 days and increase aware of the negative impact it has on women and children
