Q
What are some talking points on Direct Retro-illumination:
A
The light is focused on a deeper structure such as the iris while the microscope is focused to study a more anterior structure IN the reflected light.
in Retro illumination problems will either be opaque to light or scatter light.
Corneal opacities will appear dark against a bright field
A brown Iris will require more light than a blue iris.
