Cantonese Spring Roll
3 pc. Crispy spring rolls that are filled with chicken and shrimp, napa cabbage and dried black fungus mushrooms. Fried and served with a Chinese mustard (sweet mustard-mayo sauce)
Edamame Dumplings
5 pc. Soft airy dumplings filled with a truffle edamame puree (also butter and cream), steamed, served in a sauterne broth with caramelized shallots, garnished with onion sprouts.
Sauternes
A french sweet wine from the Sauternes region of the Graves section in Bordeaux.
Szechuan Cuisine
Chinese cuisine originating from the Sichuan province in Southwestern China. Characterized by bold flavors and liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, and the unique flavor of the Sichuan pepper.
Szechuan Pork Dumpling
5 pc. Shanghai style wonton filled with pork shoulder and Chinese chives in a chili-soy broth.
Lobster Egg Rolls
3 pc. Lobster egg rolls filled with Maine Lobster (tossed in chili oil and mint), cabbage, celery, ginger, and garlic with a sweet chili dipping sauce garnished with fresh mint. Roll is not spicy but sauce has a kick.
Jade Shrimp Dumplings
5 pc. Hargow dough steamed dumpling filled with bamboo, pea shoots, water chestnuts, and shrimp served with a scallion soy vinegar sauce. Garnished with green peas.
Pork Potstickers
5 pc. Steamed dumplings filled with ground pork, napa cabbage, jicama, ginger, and cilantro. Steamed then pan fried. Served with soy vinegar and chili sauce.

a root vegetable which has a creamy white interior with a crisp texture that resembles a raw potato or pear. Flavor is sweet and starchy.
Hoisin Glazed Pork Belly
Our version of steamed roast pork buns, or cha siu bao. Pork belly is braised (in a mixture of sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for 2 hours), then glazed and served over shaved cabbage and spicy shallots accompanied by steamed bao buns (made in house every morning).
Sesame Shrimp Toast
3 pc. Tai-Pan Bread topped with shrimp mousse and 1/2 shrimp fried and topped with black and white sesame seeds served with a spicy sesame mustard and soy vinegar.
General Tso’s Dumplings
5 pc. Shanghai chicken dumplings with General Tso’s sauce inside the dumpling. Filling consists of ground chicken, ginger, scallions, cilantro, heavy cream, and red chilies.
Carrot Dumpling
Hargow dough made from carrot juice filled with cor, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots served with a soy vinegar.
