3 oz of diced big eye tuna tossed in chili oil and extra virgin olive oil, served over scallion deviled egg salad accompanied by a chili mayo.
Scallion Pancakes
Traditional scallion pancake that is pan seared and topped with a soybean hummus, braised short ribs and a green apple salad with thai chili. Garnished with micro cilantro
Chili Rock Shrimp
Crispy tempura fried rock shrimp are tossed in a kalamanzi chili sauce (like a chili mayo) topped with fried garlic and ginger.
Steamed Sea Bass Roll
3 pc. of Chilean Sea Bass marinated in a Chinese BBQ sauce, wrapped in napa cabbage and topped with ginger and leeks. Seared with a hot flash of oil.
Boneless Spare Ribs
Boneless spareribs marinated in a traditional Chinese BBQ sauce for an hour, then roasted. Served with a Chinese mustard sauce and garnished with micro cilantro.
Bo Bo Platter
A version of a Pu Pu platter with 2 each of: Tuna spring roll, sesame shrimp toast, boneless spareribs, carrot dumpling, and cantonese spring roll. Three dipping sauces: sweet chili sauce, spicy sesame mustard, and soy vinegar.
