Digital Experience Monitoring Flashcards
What is Digital Experience Monitoring?
Digital experience monitoring (DEM) is the practice of using tools and technologies to gather and evaluate metrics from sources along the customer value chain to determine the quality of a user’s interaction with a digital touchpoint.
