A spoken false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation.
Censoring/ Filtering
Suppressing speech, public communication or other information which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or politically incorrect.
Oversharing
Sharing too much personal information about yourself online to everyone.
Intellectual Property
Creations of the mind, such as: Inventions Literary and Artistic Works Designs Symbols Images used in Commerce
Piracy
Unauthorized use of reproduction of another’s work.
Copyright
Exclusive legal right to reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute the matter and form of something (as a literary, musical, or artistic work)
Software Licensing
Legally binding agreement that specified the terms of use for an application.
Digital Footprint
History left behind after using the computer. Browser history, passwords, usernames, texts, email, etc.
Hacking
Breaking into someone else’s computer to have personal gain or harm them.
Netiquette
The correct or acceptable way of communicating on the Internet.
