What questions would you ask when assessing a person with a digestive disorder?
A
- Describe pain, ie burning, cramping
- History of disorder
- Location, where on stomach?
- Time of onset
- When was last bowel movement, and is that normal?
- Last meal
- Any blood in vomit or stool
- Palpitation , tenderness, guarding, rigidity
