A

Food enters through the mouth. When the food is ready to be swallowed, the tongue pushes the food towards the esophagus. The stomach is a large sac that is connected to the esophagus. After the stomach is the small intestine where most nutrient absorption happens. The large intestines reansorb water. The final part of the digestive tract is the rectum and anus.
