Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, lactase deficiency, bile salt deficiency

Poor enzyme secretion
Lactase deficiency is?
Inability to digest lactose
Bile Salt Deficiency is?
Reduced fat absorption
Upper GI Bleeding will show as what?
Hematemesis (vomiting blood)
Lower GI bleeeding will show as?
Melena (black tarry stool), Hematochezia (bright red blood in stool), and occult blood (hidden)
