St. John’s Wort
- SJW induces CYP450, 3A4, 2C19, 1A2 and P-gd, which lowers levels of other drugs
- SJW is serotonergic (do not use with MAOIs, SSRIs or SNRIs)
- SJW causes photosensitivity
- SJW lowers the seizure threshold
