A fast burning energy energy- The bulk of a balanced diet, which is the main source of energy for the body
Complex carbs
Such as grains and potatoes are slower to convert to energy and help to keep the energy consistant
Protein
These are essential part of any balanced diet and is not only essencial to muscle growth but also found in cells, made up of amino acids, can be used for energy if there is little carbohydrates
Fats
These are equally important to your diet. Help the body absorb necessary vitamins, aids immune system, used to make cell membranes and certain horomones, protects and insulates body.
