Malnourished (they can be fat or thin)

It can cause obesity and is common in developed country’s.
Why is obesity caused?
Because of a bad diet, over eating or lack of exercise.

Arthritis

High blood pressure
What happens when food is missing from your diet?
Slow growth, fatigue, increased risk of infection and irregular periods.
What does exercise do?
Increases the amount of energy used by the body and decreases the amount of energy which is stored as fat.
It also builds muscle.
What can happen if you have inherited a under active thyroid gland?
Can lower you metabolic rate causing obesity.
What must you diet include to stay healthy?
Enough energy and the correct amount of food from each food group.
