To keep your skin, bones, blood and everything healthy.
Why do you need energy?
To fuel chemical reactions(metabolism) in the body.
What is meant by the term malnourished?
Having a diet which is badly unbalanced.
What factors can cause obesity?
1) Excess carbs and fats in your diet (overeating).
2) Hormonal problems.
3) Lack of exercise.
Name three health problems that arise as a result of obesity:
Arthiritis, Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease…
What problems can arise from eating too little?
Slow Growth, Fatigue, Poor Resistance to Infection, Irregular Periods, Deficiency Diseases such as Scurvy…
