DSM Criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Dysfunction in communication or social interactions that is manifested by:
Problems with making relationships
No emotional reciprocity
Non verbal communication problems - Restrictive and Repetitive patterns of behaviours with 2 of the following:
Stereotypical/repetitive speech and motor movements
excessive fixed interests
rigid routine
hypo/hyperactive sensation

DSM Criteria for Depression
Need to have at least 5 symptoms for 2 weeks and it to affect daily functioning: Sadness (depressed mood) Interests (Ahedonia) Guilty Energy (decreased) Concentration Appetitie (up or down) Psychomotor agitation (signs and sympatoms that manifests from anxiety or mental tension such as pacing or wringing of the hands)
Two Disruptive Behaviour Disorders
ODD (BAD A2T2 being good)
These children are angry and argumentative for 6 months with four other features:
Blaming, annoys, defies, argues, angry, touchy, temper
Conduct disorder: defy the basic rights of others and norms are violated. They need 3/15 in 12 months or 1/15 in 6 months.
Agression to people and animals, destruction of property, etc.

Outpatient failed heart rate while awake <55 asleep <45 electrolyte abnormalities syncope or changes in blood pressure Hypothermia Acute medical complication

a. Previous exposure to death or tragedy
b. Intrusive thoughts, nightmares, flashbacks (the event needs to be re experienced)
c. Avoidance of situations
d. negative thoughts and feelings after the event
e. Trauma related arousal
f. More than 1 month of functional impairment
