A
  • Bedside observations are given a
    score of 3 depending on how
    far they are from the normal value.
  • 0 is they are within the normal
    parameter
  • 3 is the furthest away from the
    normal range.
  • NEWS2 as there are 2 scales for
    target Sp02.
