Chef Williams Warm Chocolate Cake
A rich Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache icing and frosting served warm with a drizzle of melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
Creme Brûlée
A traditional French custard, ours is a French vanilla base with Brûlée sugar on top served with assorted berries and powdered sugar for garnish.
Baked Alaska
A chocolate cake roulade filled with pistachio and cherry ice cream topped with piped meringue which is served after being caramelized with a blowtorch.
• It is then served flambé style table side.
Cheesecake
A traditional New York Cheesecake with a graham cracker crust topped with a reduced cherry syrup and fresh whipped cream.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
A slice of warm date cake which has been soaked and then topped with warm toffee sauce and then finished off with a Vanilla Crème Anglaise.
