Q

Thameside House - how did you evaluate the value of the space

A

Calculated the net:gross area on a floor by floor basis. It was efficient on every floor but it was poor in the basement with plant and a bin store taking up the space. These areas are not lettable spaces so therefore do not offer value for money as the Client could not profit from the space.
