Raised marble like lesion, diameter and depth greater than 0.5 CM
Nodule
Skin defect that completely erodes the epidermis
Ulcer
Epidermal thickening, visible and palpable, exaggerated skin markings
Lichenification
Soft fleshy raised growth
Polyp
Linear tear in the epidermis
Fissure
Visible thickened stratum corneum, dry appearance
Scale
Elevated but lacking significant depth, diameter is greater than 0.5 cm
