Describe psoriasis presentation
Red, flaky, crusty plaques of skin covered ith silvery scales normally on elbows, knees, scalp and lower back. Can be itchy and painful. Usually develops in under 35s
Treatment of psoriasis
Topical corticosteroid or vitamin D3 analogue as first line
Or coal tar/keratolytic
