Hyperkeratonitic, scaly/crusty, ulcerated, non-healing, rolled edges

SCC can, BCC generally doesnt
Describe BCC lesion
nodule, pearly edges, rolled edges, central ulcer, central fine telangiectasia
Malignant melanoma lesion
Asymetry, irregular border, pigmented colour, diamtere over 6mm, evolution of size/shape
Describe melanocytic lesions
symetrical, flat, regular borders
Describe eczema
dry skin, itchy, erythematous, flexures, lichenification (if chronic)
Oncholysis differentials
psoriasis, fungal infection, trauma, thyrotoxicosis
What is guttate psoriasis
Raindrop plaques. often 2 weeks after strep
causes of cellulitis and erysipelas
strep pyogenes or s.aureus
Causes of erthema multiforme
HSV, mycoplasma, HIV. Sulphonamides.
