tx: avoid triggers (EtOH, estrogen), phlebotomy
which has (+) Nicholsky, oral involvement, generally worse? pemphigus vulgaris or bullous pemphigoid
pemphigoid vulgaris (tx: systemic steroids, +/- immunomodulator)
child with salmon-colored patch followed by multiple plaques in “Christmas-tree” formation
pityriasis rosea
tx: self-resolves, symptomatic
skin infection, most commonly S. pyogenes
painful, well-defined demarcation

tx. oral PCN, IV ceftriaxone/cefazolin
