PSORIASIS
Mild: High potency steroids
Mod, >BSA 10: Phototherapy, MTX/Biologics
Intertriginous: Low potency steroids or tacrolimus
Guttate: Obs, Phototherapy, topical steroids
HIV
Sudden Psoriasis, Moluscum, herpes, sudden SD
NLD (Necrobiosis lipoidica diabetorium)
Mostly in diabetics. Present in pretibial areas. Have erythematous brawny, yellowish hue. Treat with steroids.
KERATOACANTHOMA
Volcano like. Will have some sort of black shit in the middle.
SK
Stuck on appearance
BCC
Much more common
Rolled margins
SCC
Less common. Usually has a precursor lesion
Sebacceous hyperplasia
Pimple like things in old people due to UV exposure and age. Usually around central face and forehead. tx only fo cosmetics
DERMATOFIBROMA
Fibroblast proliferation lesion. Usually in the legs. May have a tiny dimple in the centre.
EPIDERMAL INCLUSION CYST
Kinda like a lipoma but has a centre dimple/ punctum
CHRONIC PARONYCHIA
Will involve multiple digits, hypertrophic changes, retraction of cuticle. Use topical steroids.
PITYRIASIS ROSACEA
Fungal infection. Herald patch. Multiple red itchy patches. Usually self limiting but can use topical steroids or PT.
