Superficial necrolytic dermatitis aka hepatocutaneous syndrome
Vacuolar hepatopathy, not supporting skin, symmetrical
Location: Face, paw, paw pads, very painful lesions
Also can be caused by phenobarbital

Cat and exfoliative dermatitis
Thymoma
Canine dermatoMYOSITIS
Can cause megaE, cardiac, gait changes, EMG changes
Dx: bx
Well’s disease
Concurrent GI and skin disease (appearing within a week of each other)
Skin: eosinophilic dermatitis and edema
Is cutaneous epitheliotropic lymphoma pruritic?
INTENSE pruritus
B for BAD nodular form
T sTill OK
Acantholytic keratinocytes pathognomonic for?
Pemphigus foliaceus
Cytopoint, apoquel, CYA, steroids
Cytopoint (lokivetmab) = antipruritic (IL31) only
Apoquel (oclatinib) = JAK inhibitor = Anti-inflammatory (IL2, 4, 6, 13) and antipruritic (IL31)
Cyclosporine = T cells
Steroids = very broad
Hyperkeratosis
Think about Pemphigus foliaceus
Crusty claw fold in cats and perinipple lesion
Pathognomonic for PF
Loss of cobblestone appearance from nasal planum
Lupus
Pemphigus vulgaris
Likes to affect oral cavity
Immune-mediated disease that is T-cell mediated
Lupus
Perianal fistula
CYA works well
