A
DAWSPF GC(T)
5 or more of the following symptoms, with one being depressed mood/loss of interest or pleasure: Depressed Mood Anhedonia Weight loss or gain Sleep issues - insomnia or hypersomnia Psychomotor agitation/retardation Fatigue/loss of energy Guilt, worthlessness Concentration issues Thoughts about death
AND
Clinically significant Impairment/Distress
AND
Not attributable to physiological effects of substance/other medical condition
