Set up : try in, patient mirror, articulating paper, abrasive paste, rotary instrument/denture bur, Bunsen burner & wax instrument

Lab slip : either finished denture or a re-try in

• Finish delivery
• Verbal & written diet & speech instructions
• Extractions, alveolectomy & gingivoplasty are now done if needed
• patient wears denture for 24 hrs and is then rechecked for cleaning of blood
• RX for analgesics & antibiotics

Adjustment appointment

Checked 24 hrs after appt 5 for sore spots blisters or ulcers
Adjustments are made if any needed
Pressure paste on saddle & inner portion
After adjustments are made denture is polished on lathe
