That the Apartheid system could not work because the rest of the world was putting a lot of pressure on South Africa.

- Un-ban all political parties
- Free political prisoners
- Exiles can come home.
- Free media - so now the radios etc could not be controlled by the government.
- No seperate amenities for blacks and whites
- All political parties can be free
- If they arrest people they can only keep them in prison for 6 months and they must be given a lawyer & doctor.
