- Loss of disc height
- osteophytes (ant, lat, post)
- endplate sclerosis

Ex of findings and dx of DDD
findings= Mild decrease disc height from L4 to L6 with osteophyte formation at all segments
Dx- Mild degenerated disc from L1 to L6

Hypertrophy of articular processes
Slerosis
How to explaiin facet arthroosis findings
There is hypertrophy and sclerosis @ lvl, side facet
