Fetal lie
Relationship of longitudinal axis of fetus to that of the uterus.
Presentation:
Part of the fetus overlying the pelvic brim
Maternal mortality:
Death of a woman while pregnant or within 42 days of the termination of pregnancy
Irrespective of the duration and the site of pregnancy
From any cause related to or aggravated by the pregnancy or its management
But nor frok accidental or incidental causes
Late maternal death
The death of woman from direct or indirect obstetrical cause more than 42 days
But less than one year, after termination of pregnancy
Perinatal mortality
Defined as deaths among fetuses weighing 1000g or more at birth (28wks gestation) who die before or during delivery or within the first 7 days of delivery.
Neonatal death
Infant death before 28 days of age

Overactive bladder syndrome (OAB):
It is a chronic condition, defined as urgency, with or without urge incontinence
Usually with frequency and/or nocturia
Aetiology of OAB
Idiopathic in most cases.
Neurogenic DO is found in the presence of conditions such as multiple sclerosis, spinal bidida and UMNL.

OAB due to outflow obstruction (uncommon)

Urge incontinence
Nocturia
Provocative factors that trigger OAB
Cold weather
Hearing running water
Opening the front door

Urine culture
Frequency/volume chart
Urodynamics
Factors to be excluded before dx of OAB:
Metabolic abnormalities (DM or hypercalcemia)
Prolapse or fecal impaction (physical cause)
UTIs or interstitial cystitis (urinary pathology)
