ATF is normally within 5 NM Radius of the Airport.
ATF is a GROUND STATION.

A mobile service between Aeronautical stations and Aircraft Stations.
Also can be Aircraft Stations to Aircraft Stations.
Where Emergency position indicating Radio Beacon Stations, Survival Craft Stations a Distress and Emergency Frequencies can Participate.
