Biosphere

Atmosphere
A planets layers of gass that envelope a planet. It is held in plaxe with gravity
Lithosphere
The ubber part of the earth consisting of the crust and upper mantel
Greenhouse effect
the process through which heat is trapped near Earth’s surface by substances known as ‘greenhouse gases
Vertebrate
They have a back bone abd skull
Invertebrate
Animals without a backbone or boney skeleton. Fly, sponge, earth worm
Exoskeleton
External skeleton civering the body of some vertebrates. Crabs, lobster
Endoskeleton
An internal skeleton in some vertebrates. (Humens, mammals)
Endothermic
A reaction that absorbs energy in the form of heat
Ectothermic
Cold blooded animals (frogs, turtles, snakes)
Ecology/Ecologist
Study the relationship between animals, plants and their environment
Producer
An organism that creates its own food or energy
Consumer
An organism that gets its energy by eating plants of animals
Decomposer
Feeds on and breaks down dead plant or animal matter for it’s energy
