Dispensing Schedule V without a prescription
not more than 240 ml (or 48 dosage units) of any such controlled substance containing opium, 120 ml (or 24 dosage units) of any other controlled substance; may be dispensed at retail to the same purchaser in any given 48 hours period (THEREFORE NO MORE THAN 120ML (4OZ) OF CODEINE COUGH SYRUP IN ANY 48 HOUR PERIOD)
