  • Main Generator PCB’s fail to open (4 mins to manually open)
  • Station Service 4160VAC loads DO NOT auto transfer (NO CONTROL POWER)
  • RCIC not available
  • Rx Scrams and Recirc Pumps Trip (>27.6% RTP)
  • RFP’s can not be tripped from MCR

Loss of S017

A
  • Control power is lost to BOTH ASD bkrs (neither pump can be tripped from the MCR, shutdown button still functions)
  • HPCI is not available and all indication for DC power loads are lost
  • No fast transfer of 4160 VAC E/F/G
  • C32-R606C – “C” GEMAC RWL Indicator lost
  • C32-R605C – “C” GEMAC Pressure Indicator lost
  • C32-R603C – “C” Steam Flow Indicator lost
  • C32-R604C – “B” Feed Flow Indicator lost
  • Lose ECCS cabinets P926 & P928

Loss of S001

A

• RCIC not available
• Rx Instruments similar to R22-S016
• Loss of control power to 4160 ‘A’ and ‘B’ supply breakers
• Loss of control power to 600 ‘C’
• Loss of RFPT A Control Power. RFPT 2A will not trip manually or automatically due to loss of power to its trip circuit.
- SS Bus Fast Tx lost

  • Rx Instruments similar to R22-S017
  • Loss of control power to 4160 ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ feeder breakers
  • Loss of control power to 600 ‘D’
  • Have to use ASD stop push buttons. Cant use switch in MCR
  • Trip logic for B31-F031 (recirc pump discharge valve)

  • RFPT & Main Turbine Trip Relays
  • Loss of Fast Transfer Logic for 4160VAC A/B/C/D
  • Lose generator runbacks
