Why do you think that the GDPR legislation is important?

A

Because it gives control an dpower to individuals as to what data/ information is held and used by third parties. Without this there could be some serious issues in regards to privacy and harrassment with marketing.

Can you give me an example of when you have been inclusive?

A

I actively encourage and listen to colleagues opinions and perspectives when undertaking work and during team meetings. By encouraging and listening it creates a sense of belonging and collaborative environment which I believe has many benefits as well as being inclusive.
