A

Yes, when producing the estimate for Vauxhall Bridge Road, I used the construction duration calculation tool to calculate a reasonable allowance that could inform my inflation to be allowed for. (to the mid-point of construction)

A

A

An organisation that possesses personal data for business use is required to register as a data controller with the information commission.
A “data controller” is a company or individual that is responsible for the availability, integrity and security of personal information under the data protection act.

A

A

What is the freedom of information act (2000)?

A

The freedom of information act was fully implemented in 2005 and it requires public bodies to respond positively to requests for information from individuals or companies.

The act specifies that a public body must respond to a request for information within a specified time (usually 20 working days) and a request can come from an individual or company anywhere in the world.

The act affects private companies because information is held by a public body if:

It is held by the public body on behalf of another person or company (such as a private organisation)
It is held by another person such as a private organisation on behalf of a public body
