What are the penalties for a breach of GDPR?
UK = Max £17.5m or 4% of annual global turnover
EU = 20m euros or 4% annual global turnover
What legislation covers data protection in the UK?
Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2016
What is the difference between deeds and registered titles?
Deeds - legal documents that transfer a title from one person to another
Title - title is the legal right of ownership a person holds which can be transferred via a deed
