Arare autosomal-dominant inherited disease with late onset.
■ Multiple discrete scaling, crusted, and pruritic papules mainly in seborrheic and
■ Malodorous and dis guring, also involving nails and mucous membranes.
■ Itchingand/orpainul.
■ Histologically characterized by suprabasal acantholysis and dyskeratosis
