BSO (Border Service Officer) can perform services: outside of hours, in a place outside of area served by a customs officer; or outside the ordinary course of duties.
What does D1-2-1 Special Service not cover?
BSO (Border Service Officer) perform services are not special services:
- examination of military conveyance reports
- release of human remains
- release goods needed for preservation of human life
