How would you treat patients with cystic fibrosis?

A

NUTRITION-high cal diet, pancreatic enzyme supps
CHEST-physio, exercise, bronchodilators, aerosolized DNAase, ABx (cipro, cephalosporins for Pseudomonas coverage)
GENETIC COUNSELLING
*Lung transplant
