Q

What are SMART targets

A

S-specific-to the weakness in your performance
M-measurable-by comparing a start and finishing point
A-achievable-must not be too easy or too hard to achieve
R-recorded-consider how progress is recorded throughout training
T-time-adequate but not too much time to achieve your target

16
Q

What is quantitative data

A

Data based on factual information

  • the more factual info there is, the more quantitative it is
  • e.g. quantitative data carried out on the physical factor is the bleep test,
    • it is about how you perform on the day
    • a numerical score is attached
    • it is reliable and factual
