NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM (NSTP)

PROGRAM COMPONENT

CLUSTERING

In JOHARI Window, there are four selves that represent one’s self:
- OPEN SELF
- BLIND SELF
- UNKNOWN SELF
- HIDDEN SELF
This represents all the information, behaviors attitudes, feelings, desires, motivations, ideas and so on, that one
knows about him/herself.
OPEN SELF
This represents information about one’s self that others know but one is not aware of.
BLIND SELF
This represents those parts of oneself about which neither one nor others know.
UNKNOWN SELF
This contain all one knows about oneself but keep hidden from others.
HIDDEN SELF
tell all; keep nothing hidden about him/herself and others
OVER DISCLOSERS
tell nothing; they had the tendency to tall about others but not themselves.
UNDER DISCLOSERS
