RVR 1,000 feet touchdown, RVR 1,000 rollout

Visibility 1/2 mile or RVR 1,800 feet

What are the requirements to be met before flying into a special qualification airport?

Answer 2

• The Captain or First Officer has made an entry to that airport (OMC counts) in the last 12 months, or
• The Captain has reviewed the Airport Qualification pages, or
• The ceiling is 1,000 feet above the lowest MEA, MOCA or IAF for that instrument approach procedure for that airport and the visibility is at least 3 miles at the time of takeoff and landing
