The cuban missile crisis never effected international relations as after it happened a hotline between moscow and washington was set up which shows willingness to co-operate
Did Kennedy’s naval blockade give him an advantage ?
This gave Kennedy an advantage in future talks as it showed he more negotiation confidence and power, therefore the relations between the superpowers would lead to the outer space treaty getting signed.This showed a step in the right direction.
Did the cuban missile crisis make the world a better place ?
Overall it became a “safer place” as the superpowers were kore open to having peace talks and to the signing of the test band treaty.Which is the testing of nuclear weapons. This made the world tense but eventually the USA had limitations.
