What is CTM used for?
CTM is used to streamline consult/referral workflows by interfacing directly with VistA, CPRS, and VSE, and provides additional functionality not native in either system.

DSSP and DSSW

What security key is needed to be an admin in CTM?
DSSPC ADMIN
What functions do admins have?
Admins have access to site configuration, user settings, and reports.
How are columns reordered?
You can reorder the columns by clicking and dragging on the column in the grid.
How do you find Contact Attempts made?
This is listed as one of the columns on the Consult/RTC Dashboard.
What is the path to pull the broker history?
Left-click the User Menu in the top-right and select Broker History. This will open a dialog containing the Broker Log, which can be exported from there.
How do you make a call/letter attempt?
In Consult Details, create a comment and select either the call or letter button.
How do you make a comment?
In Consult Details, select the comment button on the left-hand side.
How do you select status types?
On the Consult Dashboard, select the Status down-down and select a status.
What is the date range of RTCs that can be pulled?
Within a six-month timespan
How do you use the multi-select tool?
- On the Consult Dashboard, select Toggle Multi Select.
- Select one or more consults, then press Work Consults in the top-right to open the Consult Details page.
- Switch between the selected consults using the left and right arrows at the top.
How do you handle CTB issues?
Try to help the user as much as possible over the phone, but they most likely will need to contact the VA CTB team or OIT.
How do you fix a deceased veteran’s consults that are still showing in CTM?
The user will need to either admin complete or discontinue the consults.
