- HR= <200 bpm
- Other: stridor @ rest

- LOA= unaltered
- Other: for mild, moderate and severe croup

A
- Allergy or sensitivity to epinephrine

- Allergy or sensitivity to steroids
- Steroids received within the last 48 hours
- Unable to tolerate oral medications
