A
Terminal ileum with skip lesions throughout bowel
Commonest in females
Bowel has transmural fissures, ulcers and granulomas. Bowel has cobblestone appearance

Complications
A
Strictures causing intestinal obstruction
Adhesions causing obstruction
Perforation and abscess due to fissures
Anal fistulae, fissures and skin tags
Carcinoma
Bleeding
Malabsorption especially after extensive small bowel resection
