Eng Fire Push…..Confirmed and Select
Fuel Boost Pump….Confirm and Off
After 10 seconds and fire warning persists:
Affected engine Bottle…..Select
After another 30 seconds and Fire warning still persists:
other Engine Bottle…..Select
Rejected Take-Off
Simutaneously:
Thrust Lever………idle
Wheel Brakes……..Maximum
Thrust Reversers (Operating Engines) …..Maximum
Engine Fire Message or Severe Engine Damage (on ground)
Attempt to face aircraft into the wind
Parking Brake......On
Affected Engine:
Thrust Lever.....Shut Off
Eng Fire Push......Select
L and R Fuel Boost Pump.....Off
After 10 seconds and fire warning persists:
Both Engine Bottles.....SelectJet pipe Overheat Message
Thrust lever…..Confirm and retard slowly until warning message
Goes out.
Post - Shutdown Engine Tail Pipe Fire
Affected Engine….Dry motor until ITT is reduced below 150 c
Or starter limit.
Double Engine Failure
Ignition, Cont…..On
Airspeed…..240 KIAS minimum
Reverser Unlock Message
Affected Thrust Lever……Confirm and Idle
Affected Engine Thrust Reverser Emergency Stow…..Select
Uncommanded Acceleration or Engine Overspeed Message
On the ground
Affected thrust lever…. Idle the shut off
During Flight
Affected thrust lever…..confirm and idle, check engine response
Cabin Alt message or Emergency Descent Procedures
Oxygen mask.....don, set 100% Crew communication......establish Passenger signs (both).....on Descent.....initiate to 10,000' or lowest safe altitude Thrust Levers......idle Flight Spoilers.....Deploy
APU Fire Message
APU Fire Push….select
After 5 seconds and fire warning persists:
APU bottle….select
Ditching or Forced Landing Imminent
L and R Packs…..Off
Emer Depress…..On
Just before contact
Emer Depress…….select Off
Passenger Evacuation
Pilot: Parking Brake.....on Evacuation......command GND LIFT DUMPING.....Man Disarm Thrust Levers....Shut Off Evacuation.....initiate using PA system APU and LH and RH Engine Fire Push.....Select Battery Master......Off
Co-Pilot:
ATC…..Notify of emergency conditions and intention to evacuate
If ditching, disregard Emer Press
Emer Depress.....On Emer Lights (with PA).....On
Loss of all AC Power
ADG manual Deploy Handle…..Pull
Aileron System Jammed
Autopilot …..Disengage
Aileron controls (both)….Release Pressure
Roll Disconnect…..Pull, and turn to lock
Airplane control…..Transfer to pilot with operative aileron
Elevator System Jammed
Auto-pilot……Disengage
Elevator Controls(both)……Release Pressure
Pitch Disconnect……Pull, turn to lock
Airplane Control….Transfer to pilot with operative elevator
