2) ensure an injured on duty online report is completed and submitted in compliance with procedures

OIC Upon becoming aware of a traumatic critical incident taking place shall

1) consult with TPOC to determine appropriate level of response
2) advise unit commander when it is determined in consultation with TPOC that CIRT/PSV is required to attend
