A

In William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Act 1 Scene 7 is considered a key scene as it highlights the indecision of Macbeth and shows how his partner, Lady Macbeth, is able to alter his decision making by persuading himself into doing things which he had already considered unlawful and wrong. This highlights the key theme of ambition which Lady Macbeth is the driving force of.

How would you format a plot summary.

A

Macbeth is a tale of tragic ambition, following the once noble warrior of Macbeth. Who’s hunger and lust for power ultimately drives him to his death upon the belief of prophecies. Such belief wrecks his ability to control the way he handles his relationship, friendships as well as the way he rules his country. The reader can then see this nobleman descend into depths of violence and madness costing him and his wife’s life.
