Within critical appraisal, what should we look for when assessing the validity of a study?
A
Do the results of a study show what the authors say they do?
Are there any other explanations for for results?
Confounding factors? Sample size? Representative sample? Attrition bias in longitudinal studies? Allocation bias (for group designs)? Order effects (for within subjects design)?
